Terms and conditions.

You agree to these terms by registering for an account, accessing the Service through an existing account, or by submitting a query (including via API or BYOK). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

AgreeMesh.ai is a multi-LLM orchestration platform. We forward your prompts to multiple frontier language-model providers in parallel ("Council mode") or to a single provider ("Fast mode"), and synthesize their independent answers into a consolidated response with agreements, disagreements, confidence, and a recommended next action. Expert Panel, Debate, and Research modes layer on top of this primitive.

No warranty of factual accuracy. Model outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Verify anything you intend to act on. The synthesized "consolidated answer" is still a model output and inherits this disclaimer.

• Provide accurate registration info (real email, real name when prompted).
• Keep your password confidential. Two-factor authentication (TOTP or SMS) is available in /settings/security — we strongly recommend enabling it.
• One human per account. Sharing credentials is a violation.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account, including queries submitted, credits consumed, and any BYOK key usage.

Every prompt submitted to AgreeMesh.ai is screened by an automated moderation layer (Claude classifier). Use of the Service to generate or solicit any of the following is strictly prohibited:

• Content depicting or facilitating the sexual abuse of minors (CSAM)
• Instructions for weapons, explosives, poisons, or mass-casualty attacks
• Malware, exploits, phishing kits, credential-stuffing tooling
• Fraud, identity theft, doxxing, stalking, or harassment
• Illegal-substance synthesis or trafficking
• Content that violates applicable law in your or our jurisdiction

Enforcement: high-severity flags are auto-blocked at request time and recorded as a strike. Three strikes within a rolling 30-day window auto-suspends the account. Suspension may be appealed via /contact. Medium-severity flags raise a silent alert for review. The same rules apply to BYOK queries — your provider key doesn't exempt you from our AUP.

Org admins may supply their own provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral) under /admin/byok. We store BYOK keys encrypted at rest with Fernet (AES-128-CBC) and never log key material in plaintext.

• BYOK queries are sent under your contractual relationship with the provider; their TOS and retention apply.
• We make no warranty of provider availability or correctness when BYOK is active.
• You are responsible for revoking compromised keys and rotating per provider best practice.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing is published on /billing and on the in-app cost-preview before each query. We charge per-token usage at provider cost plus a flat 25% markup. Credits are deducted on query completion; cache hits are free.

• Free plan: 3 lifetime queries, Fast mode only.
• Paid plans: monthly credit allocation; unused credits do not roll over.
• Refunds: at our discretion within 14 days of the initial charge.
• Non-payment: the account is suspended after the grace period; data is retained per §9.

Your content. You own the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate. Subject to §4 (Acceptable use), you may use those outputs commercially.

Our content. AgreeMesh.ai owns the platform code, the synthesis prompts, the brand, the UI, and the model-routing logic. The "engineered consensus" tagline and the AgreeMesh.ai wordmark are our trademarks.

You may terminate your account at any time via /settings/security → Delete account or by emailing us via /contact.

We may suspend or terminate immediately for ToS violation (especially §4), non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination we retain billing and audit records per §6 of our privacy policy; query content is deleted per its retention schedule.

The Service is provided AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties — merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Liability cap. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Placeholder jurisdiction — replace with the actual entity's home jurisdiction before going public.

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be notified via email and via a banner in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Each revision is versioned and dated at the top of this page.
